11/7 Saturday Day 1

Check into The THE LODGE OF THE OZARKS We will have free continental breakfast in our hospitality room from Nov. 8th through Nov 12th.
Arrive Branson sometime on November 7th. Check in at the "hang out room". Bring your pictures. You will be able to leave them in the room and we will lock it every night and the hotel people will set up our continental breakfast each morning and open it for us. Well, we will spend time in our "Hang Out Room" that day.

4:15 PM We should be in the room for introductions of new troops.

8:00 pm Presleys Country Jubilee-Premium Seats / The Presleys Theater
Please arrive early for seating. Enjoy country favorites, southern gospel, comedy and new country at the first show to open on 76 Country Boulevard.

11/8 Sunday Day 2

10:00 am Red, Hot & Blue Show / The New American Theatre-Red
Arrive 30 minutes prior to showtime. Its a musical journey through the ages as the hardest working cast in Branson takes you back to the Ragtime Era, the Roaring 20s, the Classic Jazz Era of the 1930s, the Swingin Sounds of the 1940s and the Big Band Era, the Hilarious 1950s, the Rockin 1960s and more! Hold onto your hats and stay focused because you might just miss one of their award-winning costumes or be blown out of your seats by their quick-moving choreography and precise vocal harmonies. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime. Enjoy this legendary entertainer with seventeen #1 hits and journey down the comedy trail with sidekick Joey Riley.

Option 2 people arrive this day. You may wish to go to shows on your own. Just check with Taunya and she can get you tickets to be in your arrival package.

11/9 Monday Day 3

Arrive early for seating. Celebrate the good vibrations of the 60s with music & dance, comedy, trivia & unique video segments.

11-10 Tuesday Day 4

Continental Breakfast in the Hospitality Room

2:00 pm Daniel ODonnell / The Tri-Lakes Event Center
Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime.Enjoy Irelands top entertainer and male vocalist, his band and Irelands top female vocalist, Mary Duff. If you are attending this show You need to call Taunya early and let her know by August 1 because Daniel has different requirments than most Branson Shows and I think she has to pay by August 1 for the seating so she needs to have a near close count.

8:00 pm Tony Orlando/Lennon Sisters -VIP Seating / The Welk Resort
Arrive 30 minutes prior to show time. Enjoy the Magnificent Christmas Celebration starring Tony Orlando and the Lennon Sisters.

11-11 Wednesday Day 5

Continental Breakfast in the Hospitality Room

4:00 PM Be in our Hospitality Room for A Celebration of Grovers. This is hosted by our great tour guide Taunya Lay. We have upgraded our Hotel accomidations this year but the cost per room is about the same as last year for the hotel stay, so this is just like any other event so even if you are chose Option 3 be sure to include this in your package. We want all Grovers to be at this event. BYOB or wine and the catered event will be Deli type mouth smacking good as usual.

8:00 pm Oak Ridge Boys Show - Gold Circle / The Oak Ridge Boys Theater-Oak
Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime. The Oak Ridge Boys perform heart -pounding, foot -stomping country & gospel with special guest Larry Stewart.

11-12 Thursday Day 6

Private Continental Breakfast / the hotel -- Then most will depart to return home from a fabulous and entertaining reunion. Hopefully all will arrive home safely and return again same time and same place for another great 2009 reunion.

OPTION 2 Arriving on November 8th - You will have 4 nights at the motel the cost per couple for all of this is only $712 per couple and $493 single and activities only $197 per person including everything on Option 1 except the day one events and Red Hot and Blue on the 8th. $50 deposit must be made at booking, balance paid 10/1/09 and you can cancel and have your $50 refunded if you call in by 10/1/09.

OPTION 3 If you follow this schedule below you will have five nights at the motel for $400 or four nights in the motel $320, If you make reservations through Taunya. Would be higher I think 89.50 per night internet or calling direct. I call this one the Griggs options or No Shows because of him I thought it would be appropriate. [You guys don't know what I am talking about but Griggs does. 'nuff said!] $50 deposit must be made at booking, balance paid 10/1/09 and you can cancel and have your $50 refunded if you call in by 10/1/09.
Arrive at motel on either 7th or 8th and just enjoy the reunion and seeing the troops and the and just hanging out in our room. You don't have to go to any shows with the group. You will still have the continental breakfast and a great reunion with the Grovers. You don't have any shows or events from the options above but you get to enjoy the company of the Grovers and still can have an eventful time and if you want to pick and choose shows to go to from the above then Taunya can add them to this package. The above Option 1 and 2 are pretty demanding and this one could ease the load. If you choose this option then you may want to add the Celebration of Grovers event on Sunday the 11th to this package.
